Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions across Sales, Production, Operations, Accounts, Administration, HR, CRM, and Support

Functions.

 Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and consultants.

 Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

 Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

 Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates until joining.

 Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and MIS reports.

 Negotiate salary within approved budgets and coordinate offer roll-out.

 Complete pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation.

 Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring.

 Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills





 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

 Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word.

 Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

 Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

Qualification

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

 MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

 2–5 years of recruitment experience.

 Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
