We’re looking for a Recruiter to own the entire recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding candidates.

? Understand business & functional manpower requirements

? Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions

? Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants & other channels

? Screen and shortlist candidates as per technical & functional requirements

? Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection

? Manage offers, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups

? Handle candidate documentation and onboarding

? Coordinate attendance and payroll-related queries

? Manage replacements and employee concerns

? Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports

? Track TAT, source effectiveness, selection & joining ratios

? Build and maintain a strong talent database for the automotive sector





? Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
