About the Role Vision Pulse Opticals & Eye Clinic is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for front-desk management, customer assistance, and supporting daily optical store operations.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally. Manage reception and handle customer enquiries. Attend phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries. Assist customers in selecting eyewear and frames. Support billing and basic store operations. Coordinate appointments and assist with patient registration. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store. Support daily activities of the optical store and eye clinic.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
