Role: Full-Time | On-Site | Pimple Saudagar - Pimpri Chinchwad Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk, calls, visitors and appointments.
- Handle student enquiries and make follow-up calls.
- Explain courses and admission-related information.
- Maintain enquiry records and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to students and parents. What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Good follow-up and basic sales skills.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
