Job Summary myG India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified, confident, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and provide excellent assistance to visitors, customers, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors and customers professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional environment.
Manage visitor records and front-office documentation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Receive and manage courier and official communications.
Provide administrative support to the office team.
Coordinate with different departments as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform other front-office and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in English communication, including speaking and writing.
Candidates should be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle visitors, calls, and enquiries efficiently.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
