We are looking for a dynamic and personable Admission Counsellor cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our institute. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations while also guiding prospective students through the admission process.
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents in a qualified manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and career opportunities in aviation
- Counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain and update student records and admission data
- Coordinate appointments and manage front office operations
- Support marketing and outreach activities when required
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable
