Location: Noida

Salary: ₹10–12 LPA

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Operations Head to lead our business operations and drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and business processes
- Manage coordination between Sales, CRM, Marketing & Finance
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and productivity
- Improve processes and implement SOPs
- Handle MIS, reporting, and dashboards
- Drive CRM and automation improvements

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM (preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM, MIS & Sales Operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
