Job Summary
We are hiring an RTA to monitor real-time BPO operations, staffing, agent adherence, and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor queues, staffing, attendance, and agent adherence.
- Track Service Level, AHT, Occupancy, Productivity & Shrinkage.
- Manage breaks, lunches, and offline activities.
- Identify staffing gaps and take real-time corrective actions.
- Prepare intraday reports and coordinate with Operations/WFM teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in RTA/WFM/MIS/BPO.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of BPO KPIs and workforce management.
- Solid communication and quick decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
