Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels.

- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.

- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.

- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.





- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

- Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market will be an advantage.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
