Real Estate Sales Executive

LVR Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team for Dholera land sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain Dholera land projects, plot options, pricing, payment plans, and project details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate and accompany customers for property site visits.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Assist in negotiations and closing sales.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales role.
- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Gujarati and Hindi, basic English is an advantage.




- Confident, presentable, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and customer site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
