**Role Description The Real Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, focusing on both residential and commercial assets in and around Noida.

Responsibilities include managing property portfolios, coordinating lease execution and renewals, maintaining accurate lease records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role involves conducting site visits, liaising with property owners, tenants, and external partners,



and supporting strategic decisions related to acquisitions, disposals, and investments.

The Real Estate

Manager will also analyze market trends, assist with pricing and negotiation strategies, and help optimize occupancy and revenue. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.What we are Looking for ?
