We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing and payment plans to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in property sales and client handling.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
