Valion Group is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market and experience handling HNI, NRI and premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage real estate sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle HNI and NRI clients professionally.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and coordinate throughout the deal-closure process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings and conversions.

Requirements




- Prior experience in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR property market.
- Experience handling HNI/NRI clients will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Confident, target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Candidates from premium/luxury real estate or investment sales backgrounds are preferred.
