About Basera AbodesBasera Abodes LLP is developing Basera Ridge, Vagamon — a premium experiential hospitality and real estate investment project featuring 14 premium pods, a clubhouse, and an infinity pool.

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Perinthalmanna.

The role involves handling qualified leads generated by our Marketing Team, communicating with prospective investors/customers, coordinating meetings and site visits, and supporting the Sales Head in converting leads into successful investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads assigned by the Marketing Team and Sales Head.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively present Basera Abodes’ real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, consultations, and project site visits.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Assist the Sales Head in achieving monthly sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, lead status, and sales progress.




- Provide timely updates to the Sales Head regarding customer feedback, objections, requirements, and conversion status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
- Represent Basera Abodes professionally and ensure a high standard of customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.

Experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, finance, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / Month

Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Performance IncentivesIn addition to the fixed salary:

- Incentives for successful investment conversions
- Additional incentives based on achieving monthly targets
