Role Overview
We are looking for candidates to join our Channel Partner team in Thane. Candidates from any Real Estate Sales/Sourcing background are welcome, and freshers with good communication and networking skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Channel Partners/Brokers.
- Build and maintain strong CP relationships.
- Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.
- Expand and activate the CP network across Thane.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and closures.
- Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales/Sourcing will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations preferred.
- Comfortable working from the Thane location.
