Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive at SGH Real estate group is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual will handle property listings, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the buying and selling process. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable real estate options, and negotiating offers. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and transactions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and staying updated on local market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market dynamics and property types./ Fresher also applicable.
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility and willingness to obtain one as per local regulations.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused approach and clear communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and conduct frequent property visits and in-person meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ethical business conduct.
- Comfort using digital tools for listings, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or related field is an advantage.
