About the Role:

Square Connect is looking for dynamic, sharp, and highly driven Deal Close Managers (DCM) to spearhead our innovative Co-Broking Concept. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between brokers, seamlessly matching their supply (properties) with demand (clients) to drive rental and resale closures. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk—you will be the face of Square Connect on the field, managing your assigned territory like an entrepreneur.

Key Responsibilities

- The Matchmaker (Co-Broking): Act as a strategic mediator between two external brokers to match their supply and demand,



ensuring smooth and successful deal closures.
- Relationship & Network Building: Daily on-field visits to assigned areas/locations to onboard, engage, and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with local brokers.
- Company Demand Fulfilment: Handle direct client demands routed to you by the company. You will close these leads utilizing either Square Connect’s direct inventory or via your established broker network.
- Market Operations: Manage end-to-end rental and resale transactions within you specific assigned micro-market.
- Pipeline Management: Consistently track active property listings, client requirements, and broker interactions to maintain a healthy deal pipeline.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education: Minimum Graduate or Postgraduate (Strictly no undergraduates).
- Experience: Prior experience in property operations, real estate sales, or broker management is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, sharp communication skills, and an ability to build instant rapport on the field.
- Grit: A go-getter attitude with a sharp focus on daily field targets and closing numbers.
