Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Marketing Manager role based in Indore.

The Real Estate Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities include developing project-specific marketing strategies, managing social media and digital advertising, coordinating print and outdoor promotions, and ensuring consistent branding across all materials. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports for leadership.



The manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, design agencies, and internal stakeholders to generate qualified leads, support sales events, and enhance customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in real estate marketing, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, online advertising, and basic SEO.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
