Real Estate Manager

- Onboard a minimum of 5 new real estate projects every month onto Alpha Realty.

- Identify and build relationships with reputed builders, developers, and project owners.

- Complete project onboarding, documentation, inventory, pricing, and commercial terms.

- Take ownership of the sales performance of every onboarded project.

- Coordinate with developers to obtain updated inventory and project information.

- Ensure skilled Alpha Realty-branded marketing materials are created for each project.

- Coordinate project promotions, campaigns, digital marketing, and lead-generation activities.

- Facilitate a conference cabin at the project site office for Alpha Realty client meetings.

- Ensure required client refreshments and hospitality are available during site visits.





- Coordinate client pick-up and drop transportation wherever required for qualified prospects.

- Plan and manage the initial project promotion setup and activation costs.

- Ensure every onboarded project has an exclusive Alpha Realty dashboard for activity tracking.

- Monitor leads, site visits, follow-ups, conversions, inventory movement, and sales performance through the dashboard.

- Provide management with regular project-wise sales reports, performance updates, and action plans.

- Achieve monthly project onboarding and sales targets while maintaining strong developer and client relationships.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
