Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Greater Bengaluru. The role involves generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through, our website improvement and management (properaindia.com) online research, property portals, social media (meta ads, google ads, website SEO) , calls, and local networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify property leads.
- Manage CRM and lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings and site visits.
- Track lead performance and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with sales teams, agents, and developers.
- Contribute to outreach and marketing strategies.

Requirements




- Prior real estate lead generation/sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Bengaluru real estate market.
- Excellent communication and high-volume calling skills.
- Experience with CRM and property listing platforms.
- Experience with website development and management to maintain our portal.
- Video editing and creative production for ad creatives is required.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Versatile, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Full-time, on-site availability.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experts only — experienced candidates will be prioritized.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
