Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements, budget, and aspirations, and match them with suitable properties across the city. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, presenting curated options, explaining project details, and guiding clients through the selection and purchase process.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, pricing, and inventory, as well as building strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.



The consultant will also participate in client meetings, follow up on leads, support negotiation and closing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and training sessions.

Qualifications

- Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with the ability to understand local market trends and project specifics.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
- Negotiation capabilities to help clients secure favorable terms while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Training experience or aptitude to absorb new information quickly and share best practices with team members.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients and partners.
- Ability to work on-site across Bengaluru, manage multiple client engagements, and prioritize effectively.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing listings, leads, and documentation.
- Previous experience in residential real estate, consulting, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
