Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Jaipur.

The Real Estate

Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining listing details, advising on market trends, and supporting clients in evaluating options. The role involves managing leads, building relationships with prospective clients, negotiating offers,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings. The consultant will also contribute to property marketing efforts, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold PinkCity Properties’ standards of transparency and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including residential and commercial markets.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead management, client relationship building, and closing deals.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to represent client interests and secure favorable terms.
- Experience in Training or mentoring peers or junior team members on real estate processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort with technology-driven platforms, CRM tools, and digital property marketing.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility to conduct client meetings and property visits as needed.
