- Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Telecallers and Sales Executives.

- Guide telecallers on effective calling, lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.

- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead status.

- Ensure proper distribution and management of leads among the team.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Sales Executives and monitor their performance.

- Motivate and train team members to achieve their sales targets.

- Handle escalated or important client queries professionally.

- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to schedule and ensure property/site visits.

- Track client visits and follow up for bookings and conversions.

- Maintain daily and weekly performance reports of the team.

- Identify gaps in team performance and provide proper guidance and training.

- Take complete responsibility for achieving team sales targets and improving conversion rates.

- Handle the overall coordination between Telecallers, Sales Executives, and Clients.





Candidate Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in a similar Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader role.

- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

- Strong team handling and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of lead management, follow-ups, sales conversion, and client handling.

- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹10,740.66 - ₹14,763.55 per month
