? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Real Estate / Property Accounting activities.
- Oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close .
- Prepare and review property-level financial statements and management reports .
- Handle cash management, budgeting, variance analysis, fixed assets, property tax and insurance schedules .
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of client financial reports.
- Review financial statements for discrepancies and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with external CPA firms for audit and tax requirements .
- Work closely with property managers and clients to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Lead, guide and mentor accounting team members.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
