Role Summary

We are looking for a React.js Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our front-end development team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and modern front-end practices. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to build, integrate, and maintain features for CoffeeWeb.

Exposure to Svelte or SvelteKit will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and related libraries.
- Build reusable and maintainable React components following front-end development best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend developers for seamless data integration.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional and responsive web interfaces.
- Manage application state using Redux or other suitable state-management approaches.
- Identify and resolve UI, functional, and performance-related issues.
- Optimize front-end applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and other development activities.
- Follow Git/GitHub-based development and code collaboration practices.




- Document technical changes and contribute to maintaining development documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Required Technical Skills

- HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6 ) fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based development.
- Experience with Redux or similar state-management libraries.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic branching/version-control practices.
- Understanding of browser debugging and troubleshooting techniques.

Good to Have Skills

- Svelte / SvelteKit experience or familiarity.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Material UI or other UI component libraries.
- Exposure to Next.js or similar React frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with front-end testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or similar.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Soft Skills

- Clear communication and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on UI quality.
