Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Mobile App Developer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our recent consumer mobile e-commerce app. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of non-functional requirements such as crash analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution.
Able to work in self-managed model and completely independent

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Reliability and Performance: Focus on non-functional requirements to ensure the app’s reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Crash Analysis: Analyze app crashes, identify root causes, and implement fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and Maintain: Develop and maintain our consumer mobile app using React Native based on the requirements
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, stability, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SRE team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment of app updates.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring tools and generate reports to track app performance and reliability metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the app’s reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile app development.
- Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
o Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
o Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
o Familiarity with monitoring tools and crash reporting systems.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on non-functional requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce mobile apps.
- Knowledge of SRE principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
