Key Responsibilities

- Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and responsive compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Debug and resolve application issues and production bugs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.




- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React.js, components, hooks, props, and state management.
- Experience with Redux / Context API.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of Node.js / Express.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Experience working on CRM, HRMS, ERP, or enterprise applications.
