React + Java Full Stack Developer

Key Skills

● 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development

● Solid proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

● Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices

● Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB

● Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

● Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications

● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Responsibilities

● Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and TypeScript

● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot

● Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following development best practices

● Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support

● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and cloud deployment initiatives

● Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

● Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams





● Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teams

Preferred Skills

● Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps

● Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

● Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices

● Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and authentication/authorization

● Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright

● Exposure to API gateways, GraphQL, caching, and performance optimization

● Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk

Domain Experience – Preferred:

● Experience with RxClaim application and ecosystem

● Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes and workflows

● Healthcare domain experience with understanding of claims, adjudication, eligibility, benefits, and compliance

Pay: ₹380,951.23 - ₹1,037,230.51 per year
