- 8+ years of skilled experience building complex, production web applications, with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

- Advanced knowledge of React patterns including hooks, context, concurrent features, server components, and the trade-offs between common state management approaches (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, React Query)

- Excellent communication skills – able to articulate technical trade-offs to designers, product managers, and senior stakeholders with equal clarity
