This role is a core individual contributor on one of three Scrum teams within the Peer Community product organization in Digital Product Technology (DPT). You will own feature delivery end-to-end, contribute to technical design, and help raise the overall quality and capability of your team.

Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality features end-to-end across web and backend platforms with a focus on reliability performance and maintainability
- Participate actively in technical design discussions and contribute meaningful input on architecture and implementation approaches
- Partner closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype validate and iterate on new ideas helping shape requirements and technical solutions in areas where the path forward may not yet be fully defined
- Write well-tested well-documented code and hold a high bar in code review
Requirements
- Must have- 4+ years of skilled software engineering experience building production systems including rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery
- Strong proficiency in Go Golang for backend development and ReactNextjs or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience
- Solid understanding of software design principles testing practices and delivery fundamentals
- Clear written and verbal communication with teammates product managers and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Prior experience in distributed systems high-traffic services or data-intensive platforms
- Familiarity with Agile-Scrum delivery models
- Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise applications using APIs or SDKs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced Agile-Scrum environment
