Role & responsibilities:

- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable and maintainable UI components.

- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into technical solutions.

- Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous operations and errors.

- Implement state management using Redux/ Redux Toolkit/ Context API.

- Optimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver quality fixes.

- Follow coding standards, security best practices, and frontend architecture guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Good understanding of React Hooks,



component lifecycle, and component-based architecture.

- Experience with Redux or equivalent state-management frameworks.

- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/ HTTPS, authentication, and authorization.

- Experience with Git, npm, Vite/ Webpack, ESLint, and Prettier.

- Experience with Jest/ React Testing Library.

- Knowledge of responsive design and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap/ Material UI/ Tailwind CSS.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Positive to have:

- Experience with AWS and Java SpringBoot.

- Knowledge of CI/ CD, Docker, frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Experience working in Agile/ Scrum teams and enterprise applications.
