About the Role

We are looking for an RD professional with strong expertise in iron complex development. The role focuses on process development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer for injectable iron products.

What You ll Do

- Lead development of ferric and ferrous iron complexes (iron sucrose, ferric carboxymaltose, iron polymaltose, iron isomaltoside, etc.).
- Drive process optimization and troubleshoot issues like precipitation, aggregation, yield, and consistency.
- Execute lab and pilot-scale experiments, then scale up to production.
- Collaborate with QC, QA, and production teams for smooth technology transfer.
- Interpret analytical data (GPC, particle size, zeta potential, iron assay) to ensure product quality.
- Document protocols, reports, and scale-up procedures.
- Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement.

What We re Looking For





- Hands-on experience in iron chemistry and complex formation.
- Strong knowledge of oxidation/reduction chemistry and process parameters (pH, temperature, reaction time).
- Proven track record in process scale-up and technology transfer.
- Ability to connect process parameters with analytical results.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/API development of parenteral iron products is highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate A technically solid RD professional who can independently take an iron-complex product from lab development process optimization pilot trial scale-up technology transfer.
