Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&D; professional with solid hands-on expertise in the development, process optimization, and scale-up of iron compounds and iron complexes. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with ferric and ferrous iron chemistry, laboratory development, pilot-scale batches, analytical evaluation, and technology transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize processes for iron compounds and iron-based products.
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale development trials.
- Work on reaction optimization, complex formation, precipitation, oxidation/reduction, pH adjustment, and process improvement activities.
- Investigate and resolve process challenges related to yield, stability, consistency, and product quality.
- Analyze and interpret development data to support process decisions.
- Prepare development reports, experimental records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Support scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities.
- Collaborate with Quality,



Production, and Engineering teams during product development and commercialization.

Required Experience Hands-on experience working with iron compounds, iron complexes, ferric compounds, ferrous compounds, or iron-based APIs
