Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented R&D; Executive / Senior Executive with 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical calculations, and skin-related research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on skin-related research projects and topical/transdermal formulations.
- Conduct research and development activities related to pharmaceutical formulations.
- Plan, execute and document laboratory experiments.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare research reports.
- Support formulation development, optimization and related R&D; activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, observations and results.
- Coordinate with internal teams for R&D-related; activities.
- Follow applicable laboratory, quality and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.;
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations.
- Experience in skin-related research projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of topical/transdermal drug delivery is an advantage.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery systems.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with 2–5 years of hands-on Pharmaceutical R&D; experience, particularly in formulation development, skin-related research, topical/transdermal drug delivery and pharmaceutical calculations, are encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
