Location - Bhiwadi , Rajasthan

Position : Manager – R&D;

Experience : 10+ Years

Ctc - upto 20 % hike on current ctc working days - 6 days (9 am-5:30 pm)

Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead design and development of VCB and MV Panels up to 33kV.
- Handle product design, engineering, development, and technical documentation.
- Manage type testing and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and testing teams for product development.
- Improve existing products and develop current electrical switchgear solutions.
- Ensure designs meet performance, safety, quality, and industry requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of VCB, MV Panels, and switchgear design.
- Hands-on experience in design, development, and type testing up to 33kV.




- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading R&D;/product development activities.
