? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CA / GK / GS Faculty to join our Railway Exams team. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality, exam-focused classes and developing relevant learning content for aspirants preparing for various Railway examinations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, interactive, and exam-oriented classes for Railway exam aspirants.
- Teach Current Affairs (CA), General Knowledge (GK), and General Studies (GS).
- Cover topics as per the latest Railway examination syllabus and pattern.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality study material, practice questions, quizzes, MCQs, and test content.
- Regularly update content based on current national and international events.
- Analyse previous-year question papers (PYQs) to identify important topics, recurring patterns, and expected areas of focus.
- Conduct doubt-solving, revision, and practice sessions.
- Explain concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.




- Participate in content planning and contribute to the development of exam-oriented academic strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic and content teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning content.
- Stay updated with changes in Railway recruitment notifications, exam patterns, syllabus, and competitive-exam trends.
- Support the creation of engaging learning formats such as quizzes, polls, rapid revision sessions, and exam-focused discussions.

? Exams Covered The faculty should have a strong understanding of Railway examinations, including but not limited to:
- RRB NTPC
- RRB Group D
- RRB ALP
- RRB Technician
- RRB JE
- Other Railway recruitment examinations

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid command of Current Affairs, GK, and GS.
- Good understanding of Railway exam syllabus, pattern, and question trends.
- Prior teaching experience for Railway / SSC / Banking / Government exam aspirants will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Science, Static GK, and Current Affairs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively.
- Strong awareness of current national and international events.
- Ability to develop exam-oriented questions and study material.
- Comfortable with online teaching and digital learning platforms.
- Strong student engagement and classroom management skills.
