What you'll do-

- Own the Quick Commerce business end-to-end, from strategy and channel setup to execution and growth .
- Build the roadmap for taking the channel from 0 → 1 and establish the foundations for scale.
- Identify the right platforms, assortment, pricing, promotions and distribution strategy for the channel.
- Build relationships and work closely with Q-commerce platforms to unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams across brand, supply chain, marketing and finance to build a seamless channel from scratch.
- Set up the right forecasting, reporting and performance frameworks to understand what’s working.
- Identify new opportunities across platforms, categories and distribution as the business grows.

Who you are-





- 4–8 years of experience across marketplaces
- Strong hands-on experience building or launching a channel / business from scratch.
- Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
- Robust commercial understanding across revenue, margins, assortment, pricing and channel growth.
- Comfortable operating in a 0 → 1 environment where the playbook doesn’t exist yet.

Good to Have

- Experience in D2C, consumer brands or omnichannel businesses.
- Previously built an E-commerce or Quick Commerce channel from 0 → 1.
- Strong understanding of marketplace / Q-commerce economics and platform relationships.
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams in high-growth environments.
