Qualifications and Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping

- Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally)

- Knowledge of account payable and account receivable processes

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and financial reporting





- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks software

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Prepare and reconcile bank statements

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity

- Provide support during tax audits and financial inspections

- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
