As we expand our presence across Q-commerce and digital marketplaces, we are looking for someone who can build strong operational processes, move fast, and create seamless customer experiences across every touchpoint.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Quick-Commerce Lead who will own end-to-end operational execution across platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and BigBasket.

The role will be responsible for PO management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, inventory movement, platform compliance, MIS, and financial claim closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order (PO) Lifecycle & Fulfillment

- Own end-to-end PO management from generation, systemic acceptance, slot booking/appointment scheduling, to physical delivery closure at platform WH/dark stores.
- Track and maximize OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery metrics and fill rates across all accounts.
- PO Acceptance & Allocation: Convert POs into fulfillment orders based on real-time SOH. Track PO lifecycle from generation to POD (Proof of Delivery) upload.
- RTO Optimization:



Monitor and resolve undelivered primary/secondary shipments (Return to Origin) due to dock rejections, missed appointment slots, or vehicle refusals.

Logistics, 3PL & Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate with primary and secondary 3PL logistics partners to ensure vehicle placement, route optimization, and SLA compliance.
- Monitor transit times, freight efficiency, and hub-level bottleneck resolution to guarantee zero-miss appointments.
- Manage relationships, SLAs, and vehicle placement compliance with 3PL partners for FTL and PTL shipments.
- Ensure total compliance with E-Way bills, GST invoices, batch/MRP mismatch checks, and platform-specific barcode/labeling guidelines.
- Maintain 100% clean POD documentation (hard copies & digital signatures) to challenge disputed claims and ensure quick financial recovery.
- RTV Ownership,Drive end-to-end processing of platform-initiated Returns to Vendor (damaged goods, near-expiry stock, customer returns, or overstocked SKUs at dark stores/RDCs).

MIS, Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain real-time dashboards for Key Operational Metrics
- Serviceability & Fill Rate Analytics (Platform-wise vs. Region-wise or Category Level)
- Deliver actionable operational insights to sales and category management leadership.




- DOH & Inventory Ageing Analysis (Slow-moving / Fast-moving / Near-expiry)
- Open POs & Pending POD Status
- RTO & RTV Trends (RTV volume vs. Total Shipped, Reasons for Return)

Financial Closures & Claim Settlements

- Debit & Credit Note Reconciliation: Lead end-to-end processing and validation of CN/DN for shortages, transit damage, price variance (PD), and promotional deductions.
- Open DN/CN Claims & Recovery TAT
- GRN vs. PO Ledger Matching: Track and resolve discrepancies between platform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and raised invoices to ensure clean payment processing and eliminate working capital lockup

Essential Experience & Skills:

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in B2B, Quick-Commerce, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Fulfillment Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing operations with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar marketplaces/quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of PO management, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, RTO/RTV, POD, GRN, and claims reconciliation.
