Role Description The Quick Commerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing and optimizing rapid online order processing and fulfilment across various digital platforms. This role involves monitoring incoming orders, coordinating with operations and inventory teams, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. The specialist will manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on quick commerce channels, track performance metrics, and implement improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include handling customer queries related to orders, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, and preparing reports on sales trends, service levels, and platform performance.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid commerce and basic business operations skills, with an understanding of online retail or quick commerce platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret order data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, platform partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-management skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess sales and upselling skills to support revenue growth through promotions, cross-selling, and platform optimization.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or retail operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online marketplace dashboards; familiarity with health and wellness products is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
