Account Executive, Quick Commerce Your Happy Life (YHL) | Full-time Why this role exists Quick commerce is where our next 1 M customers will come from. Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart are already our fastest-growing channels, and we need one person to truly own them. Not babysit dashboards.

Own them. Revenue, relationships, availability, visibility, growth. This is a rare chance to run a real business inside a rapid-scaling wellness brand, and to grow as quick as the channel does. About YHLWe are one of India's fastest-growing D2 C nutraceutical and wellness brands, building supplements, serums and daily-wellness products people actually love.

We sell across our website, Amazon, Nykaa and quick commerce. Q-commerce is our biggest bet for the next phase, and you will be at the centre of it. What you'll own- End-to-end growth across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, treating each platform like its own business.

- Relationships with category managers, media teams and supply POCs on every platform. You become the person they pick up the phone for.
- Sales, availability and share of category. You watch revenue and fill rates with equal intensity.
- Assortment, listings, pricing and promotions that grow the account profitably.
- Platform campaigns and visibility: banners, category deals, sale-day placements and sampling.
- Sponsored ads on each platform, from budget to ROAS to placement.
- PO execution end to end: acceptance, dispatch coordination with our warehouse, dark-store inwarding and fast discrepancy resolution.
- A weekly performance tracker on GMV, growth, fill rate, availability and ad spends, shared straight with leadership.




- New product launches and city and SKU level expansion. Where this role goes This is built as a launchpad. As our q-comm business scales, the person who owns it scales with it. Deliver, and the path runs from Account Executive to owning the entire quick commerce vertical as a lead, with the team and budget that come with it. We promote from the inside, and we move fast for people who do. What we're looking for- Around 2 years of experience in quick commerce, key account management or ecommerce.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or similar platforms, strongly preferred.
- A background in D2 C, FMCG, wellness or a consumer brand.
- Sharp relationship and negotiation instincts. You build warmth and still hold firm on commercials.
- Strong analytical comfort with sales, inventory and profitability data.
- Genuine operational discipline. You can track dozens of open POs across three platforms without dropping one.
- High ownership, real speed, and a habit of solving problems before they become fires.
- Comfortable travelling for partner meetings, market visits and dark-store checks. You'll thrive here if- You treat each platform like a business you own, not a channel you service.
- You care as much about what is happening on the ground as what is on the dashboard.
- You know that great q-comm growth is profitable and sustainable, not just GMV at any cost.
