Job Overview We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Quick Commerce Customer Support – Chat Process in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers through chat and calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and calls.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and other customer concerns.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Process Details
- 80% Chat Support
- 20% Voice/Call Support
- Excellent English communication is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling customers through written and verbal communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are eligible.
- Experienced candidates can also apply.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Only candidates currently based in Gurugram can apply.
