Looking for a QuickBooks Online Accounting Expert with robust bookkeeping fundamentals to support U.S.-based customers via voice & video interactions.

What you'll do:

✅ Provide accounting & bookkeeping support on QuickBooks Online

✅ Assist with QBO Payroll, Payments & Sales Tax features

✅ Support customers with data migration & accounting scenarios

✅ Explain accounting concepts & resolve queries with a customer-first approach

✅ Deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced virtual environment

What we're looking for:

? 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

? Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

? Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance – B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA/CA Inter/CWA Inter

? Prior exposure to US accounting in a customer-facing role

? C1 level English proficiency
