Are you experienced in quantity surveying, construction billing, BOQ review, and site coordination? This could be your next career opportunity

? Key Responsibilitie s

? Assist the Construction Quantity Survey Manager in all tasks

.

? Prepare work orders and coordinate for approvals

.

? Conduct periodic site visits for measurement verification

.

? Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and item lists

.

? Prepare work-in-progress valuations

.

? Reconcile materials at project sites

.

? Verify vendor bills and subcontractor invoices

.

? Generate subcontractor bills for all projects, particularly NMR

.

? Prepare measurement sheets and update the ERP system

.





? Coordinate between Head Office and project sites

.

? Prepare daily reports and complete ERP data entry

.
