Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Surveyor Manager to oversee quality control and quantity surveying activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures across construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and verify quantity measurements, BOQs, and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors for quality-related matters.
- Identify quality issues, prepare corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.




- Manage project cost control and quantity surveying activities.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
