Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience in plumbing (Mandatory skill)

Proficient in statistical analysis for evaluating project costs and risks

Knowledge of machine learning for predictive modeling in construction projects

Ability to visualize data effectively to communicate insights and trends

Experience in predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and budgets

Understanding of big data frameworks for construction project management

Advanced skills in SQL for database management and reporting





Robust understanding of cost management principles and practices

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets for construction projects

Conduct cost analysis and ensure the financial efficiency of projects

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to determine project specifications

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

Monitor changes in design to assess the effect on project cost

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Provide regular financial progress reports to management
