- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for MEP works including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to derive accurate costing for MEP services.
- Verify contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills for MEP works as per contract terms.
- Perform rate analysis, cost comparisons, and handle variations for MEP items.
- Coordinate with MEP, design, and procurement teams for inputs and execution alignment.
- Monitor MEP project costs, budgeting, and ensure cost optimization.
- Maintain documentation related to estimation, contracts, and billing records.
