Qualifications and Skills

- Extensive experience in plumbing (Mandatory skill)

- Proficient in statistical analysis for evaluating project costs and risks

- Knowledge of machine learning for predictive modeling in construction projects

- Ability to visualize data effectively to communicate insights and trends

- Experience in predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and budgets

- Understanding of big data frameworks for construction project management





- Advanced skills in SQL for database management and reporting

- Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage budgets for construction projects

- Conduct cost analysis and ensure the financial efficiency of projects

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to determine project specifications

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

- Monitor changes in design to assess the effect on project cost

- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

- Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

- Provide regular financial progress reports to management
