Experience: 5 - 8 Years | Industry: Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements, RA bills and final bills.

- Manage client and subcontractor billing, reconciliation and variations.

- Handle material procurement, vendor negotiations, quotations and purchase orders.

- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, procurement costs and budgets.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Accounts and vendors.

- Maintain project-wise billing, procurement and cost-control reports.

- Ensure timely procurement and billing across multiple projects.

Requirements:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 5 - 8 years of relevant construction company experience.

- Solid knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, procurement and Excel.

- Good vendor negotiation and commercial coordination skills.

- Knowledge of construction materials and local market rates preferred.
