Role & responsibilities

- Assist in project planning and scheduling for ongoing construction sites

- Support preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs from drawings

- Help track material and labour requirements against project schedules

- Coordinate with site engineers and vendors to collect progress and measurement data

- Assist in preparing planning reports, progress charts, and MIS updates

- Support in rate analysis and cost estimation under senior guidance

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing/completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel; familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is a plus

- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying basics

- Willingness to learn, valuable communication skills, and attention to detail

- Must be available to work from our Gurugram office
